How to stop AfterEffects from trying to connect to External IPs

How can i stop AfterEffects from connecting to remote IP's even though I have blocked the Internet on the machine still it keep on accessing the IP's. How can i stop AfterEffects from continuoulsy looking at external IPs, it would help speedup the startup and shutdown of AfterEffects.

You cannot.  You can just monitor it.

Why are you trying to block AE from calling home?

Are you running legal versions of CC?

Calling home does not slow down AE opening by more tham a second or so
