Is it possible to add multiple LUT presets?

Hi there,

Over the past few months I've made some LUT presets aswell as bought some. With the 'Apply Color LUT' effect I can easily browse to my folder and apply one. However, I don't know which one will look the best before I select them, so I try multiple if not them all. The issue is that I have to browse my folder and open a new one every time.

My question therefore is, is it possible to add multiple LUT's so I can easily scim through them like a dropdown menu? This same option is in Photoshop's color lookup LUT's. I'm wondering if it's possible for After Effects too.

Thanks in advance!

Really you can do this with small trick, simply create a new comp with a few adjustment layers than add a different LUT presets on each layer after that you can drag and drop you footage underneath this adjustment layer and turn on/off to see the different and the cool thing you can save this project and use it each time you want to select a new LUT presets.

That's a smart one! I can set it up once and then save it for whenever. Thanks!

Hello,

Red Giant Magic Bullet Colorista may meet your need although it is a third-party plug-in. It has LUTs import and control feature.

Buy Red Giant Magic Bullet Colorista IV | Color Correction & Color Grading Plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,…

That would indeed work, though it's not a cheap plug-in. Hoping there is a cheaper/free alternative. Thanks anyway for now!
