Mercury #d is not suported by your hardware

I am getting an error once I open AE. It says that Mercury 3D is not suported by your hardware. I can't even open AE. It crashes as soon as the message pops up. Please Help

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you share your system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM) and current After Effects version? This information will help us better understand the problem.
