Migrate settings to updated version

Does anyone know if i would like to migrate the settings to the newer version, which should i choose?

Don't understand why they don't just make it YES or NO.....

The dialog always highlights the last available version by default. Simply use that. Agree, though, given the mess of the product naming vs. internal version numbers vs. build numbers this is massively confusing.
