my adobe apps are not recognize keyboard keys correctly

I have a problem with keyboard shortcuts in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator software.

After this problem, I tested different keyboards, different windows and even different versions of software, but my problem was not solved...

The problem is as follows:
When I press the right arrow key, the software recognizes it as shift+6(num) combination keys.

Or when I press the left arrow key, the software recognizes it as shift+4(num) combination keys.
(But the up and down arrow keys work well)

Or when I press the delete key, the software recognizes it as the combination keys shift+del(num).

Or when I use backspace to delete characters while typing, instead of deleting one character, it deletes two characters.
