I am trying to put a film title (a .png file) on this bulls-eye and to do this, for tutorials I see that I need the "Create Null and Camera" option, but I only see the Create Null Option:

because you already created your 3D Tracker Camera in the scene?
show us a full screenshot of your Ae interface if that's not the case.
