number of 3D views dropdown missing?

I'm on AE 18.0.1 and I've opened a pre-comp to find it is setup with 2 3D views. When I went to look for the dropdown to reduce it to 1 view I can't find it! Weird! Super annoying and I still can't find a solution. Weirdly in other comps the menu IS there.

Create a 3D Layer and all that options will appear. Adobe is aware of this issue.

Just Right-click in the comp panel and select 1 view from the popup menu.
