Problem with Plug in Deep Glow, doesnt work

Hey guys so i wanted to use the deep glow 2 effect, couldnt find it. I t was missing. So i downloaded it from aescripts, copied the plug in and pasted into after effects- support files - plug ins

 

why is it not working? How else am I suppose to add plug ins?

It was the free version because I am not willing to pay for something that I am suppose to have in after effects from the begining. 

 

I had the german language version before but I deleted it and installed the english version. I dont know it that has anything to do with it.

    i installed paid after effects , but i can't get the deep glow effcts why this ?

    Hi mikdad,

    Deep Glow effects is an additional plugin that was created by someone who does not work at Adobe. It's not an official part of After Effects, although it is very useful when creating glow effects in your projects. It is not included as part of your subscription.

     

    If you go to YouTube and search "glow effect after effects no plugin" there will be many tutorials to choose from to create a glowing effect without any additional downloads needed.
