Problem with shortcut in windows 10

I always used F9 to easy ease the key frame with no problem in my old pc. I just changed computer, windows 10 like the old one. but no F9 open the windows search bar!!
the shortcut in after is set fine, dunno why windows shortcut overide the after effects one. What can I do ?

    Did you try adding the Function key to F9? Did that solve the issue for you? Please let us know.

    This is probably the "Fn" button on your keyboard is enabled ..

    disable it

    Currently try to press Fn + F9

    Fn+F9 function varies from one keyboard to another, it depends on manufacturer
