PSD's in After Effects

Question

Hi guys, I'm having some problems here when working with PSD layers inside After Affects using ExtendScript. Is there a way to get the visible layers of the PSD, when this PSD is imported into an After Effects project using ExtendScript for After Effects?

e.g

I want to get the actual layers visibles on each psd layer in this image from after effects script

I don't think so, since the visibility state is just a layer tag in the PSD and not readable in any way with scripts nor does the file importer have any options to that effect, which kind of is the point. If there was a way, these options would also appear on the regular file dialog or footage interpretation. Since they don't - no dice.
