"New version update checks disable" issue

Hi, when I open After Effects , this message pops up from time to time, then each menu command becomes unclickable and I have to reopen the program to avoid this prompt. Any suggestions on how I can solve this problem? Thank you.

PS I have set up Creative Cloud Apps to keep each app up to date, and I am using macOS Monterey 12.4 (M1)
