video coming from youtube, Vimeo, facebook.... 99% will not work correctly inside AE and you need to transcode it again to some better codec like ProRez

Try putting the vid into PP and then export out from there. This is a long route to re-encoding but should be easier to do if you aren't used to Media Encoder. Should you still be uncertain you are welcome to wetransfer the vid to me and I will re-encode and send back to you.

Have your tried disabling the following option in preferences:

Preferences > Import > Video footage: Enable accelerated H.264 decoding (requires restart)

See if that helps.

didn't work but things become worse rather now than cutting down 1 second i need to cut 2 second at the start of the video lol . , anyway i come across something interesting it's seems when i export the video in media encoder 2018 , and using " vimeo 480p SD " or " youtube 480p SD" or  "3GP 640x480 15 fps " or " twitter 640x480" it does completely eliminate the red screen problem but i need the 720 x_x

i'm only importing files with mp4 format by downloading them from youtube using online mp4 converter , I already tried to render them convert them but nothing worked but i didn't do it through media encoder cause encoding them result in huge files 1GB+ :/ , on another note managed to fix my issue by installing media encoder & after effects 2017 and converting my 2018 projects to version 13 but i would appreciate if you still give me a solution for 2018 , original file format is mp4 ? so to what i use re-encode them ?

Mio I wouldn't recommend using an online convertor. You have virtually zero control over these files. Media Encoder should work very well and the large file sizes you are getting seem to be because of your output settings. Look for a comfortable balance between size and resolution e.g Youtube HD or Vimeo HD and if files sizes are too large decrease the bitrate slightly. If you aren't exporting finals to 4K or large format e.g IMAX you will really not see much difference if you drop a few notches on bitrate. However be careful not to drop too low as pixelation will be clearly evident. As an example when I have to output something for client review I use the Twitter Preset which has tiny tiny sizes but has acceptable resolutions with the bitrate slider set at 2. See screenshots below to understand what I am saying. These are from PP but similar functionalities in Media Encoder. So experiment with what works best for u in terms of quality and size. Mo
