Snapping not working!!

Hello,

I have issues with the snapping feature in After Effects. 
Although the snapping box is checked, and every option about snapping in my View tab is also checked, it just doesn't work. I could not find a solution, please help!
I'm using After Effects v 23.1

Just to review: you're hovering the mouse near a Layer Handle such that it comes into focus (a small box appears around it), and then dragging it toward another Layer's Layer Handle?

    Without any info about your system, your project and details like what you are trying to snap to what we can't really tell you much. You need to be much more specific. Screenshots would also help.
