Target cameras from C4D don't match

Is this a known issue or am I missing something really obvious? The nulls and lights exported from C4D via an AEC file in no way match once imported into After Effects. The C4D project used a target camera.

 

Cineware is even worse...

 

What am I missing?

C4D R25 and latest AE 2022. This happens on Mac and PC.
