Im new to AF, when adding a new text, the text apears out of the box and the anchor point too. Idk if I did something but help would be much apreciated!!!

Reset the Anchor Point, reset the Baseline Shift in the Character Pannel.

    Try restting the Character panel.

     Reset Character is the last option in the Character panel pop-up menu.
