Text moves from left to right

Hello,

I'm looking to make the effect we see with the green headband on this video :

Point Marché : l'immobilier en bourse - Avril 2017 - YouTube

The text moves from left to right but not letter by letter, it is the set that moves.

    You need to set up a text animation with the following parameters:

    Animate : position.

    Position offset: 0, 100 (adjust as required  )

    Animate the range selector offset value from: -100% through to 100%.

    Set the range selector advanced settings to...

    shape : ramp up

    Ease low : 50%

    what time of the video? how experienced are you with Ae? what exactly is the problem? at what step are you stuck exactly? this all looks very basic.

    do you know how to use keyframes? how much of a beginner are you?

    the color rectangles could be done using shape layers. you can create a rectangle and animate its size

    for the text layers you can animate the position and use the set matte effect to use the rectangle as the clipping mask

    if all of this is too complicated, I encourage you to start here After Effects tutorials | Learn how to use After Effects CC  and run through the basics. After Effects is not the kind of software you learn by intuition. if you want specific help there is the handy help search bar in the upper right corner of the Ae interface that could get you going.
