Trouble with importing AEC file into After effects

If anyone has done this before, I could use your help! Im having a bit of trouble when I bring an AEC file from cinema 4d into after effects. The footage is properly tracked but when I export the file out of cinema into after effects, it's almost like it's playing at a much slower rate than normal. My footage is playing at 25fps in cinema and after effects. Has anyone ever had a problem like this?
