Unable to access and install previous versions of After Effects

Hi. First of all, I used to have working After Effects (version 24.x.x and 23.x.x) on the computer on which I now have trouble installing it.

After formatting and resetting my PC, when I try to get After Effects installed, I'm met with a message that says that my processor doesn't support AVX2. And that’s fine, because I don’t need to use the most recent version (25.0). I used to have After Effects version 23 and then 24 before and it was working fine. But now I cannot access previous versions and cannot install the 25th version of After Effects…

Simply put it. Is there a way for me to access previous versions of After Effects, without installing the newest version first? Or is there a way for me to move the older version of After Effects from a different PC? (I have After Effects 25.0 on a different PC and access to previous versions there).

(note: I would like to avoid just upgrading my processor just so it supports AVX2 and allows my Creative Cloud to download the newest version of After Effects).
