What's the name of this transition?

This transition grows with time. Its something that consumes the image, i dont know how to explain properly. It simply consumes the image from the centre to the edges

(I dont know if its from After effects, premiere or another one)

Probably a custom gradient wipe based on a wierdly distorted base layer. I bet that really helps : )
TBH : The only person that will know is the person who made it.

Recommendation: Learn about animated gradient wipes and make your own.
