Wrong Color and Visible Masks in Render than in Composition

Hi, So I have been working on this project that is made up from exr. files still frames and other clips in one composition.
Everything looks fine in the preview that you have while working in After Effects. 
Now every time i bring it into Media Encoder the colors seem to change and my masks are visible , I can figure out why the red haze from the planet is a problem but my main concern is the completly wrong color that it comes out as. I have tried to change to different codecs but it is always the wrong outcome and completly different than to the preview.
any clues ?
