What would be the best effect to use to color fractal noise a fiery orange/red color?

Anything from Tint and Tritone to Colorama.

    Thanks! Great ideas. I'm actually trying to find a replacement for VC Color Vibrance as I'm trying to avoid plugins for a tutorial. I was trying CC Toner and Hue/Saturation. I'll give these a try.

    I often apply Fractal Noise to a shape layer with multiple gradient fills in the same shape. A combination of blend modes gives you a bunch of control. The fractal noise with a blend mode also works on a footage layer, especially if you throw track mattes and blend modes for the layer into the mix.
