Question

How to get a constant speed on scaling zoom

Yet another (probably) stupid question - although it is my first day so cut me some slack.

I'm having trouble with scaling an object between keyframes to give a zooming effect. It begins quickly and over time gets slower and slower. I've checked that the keyframes are linear and i've tried different interpolations that don't really seem to help much. I assume its just how maths works with percentages and scaling but there must be some way to get it at a constant speed?

Animation/Keyframe Assistant/Exponential Scale from the Menu.

If that does not work try editing the speed graph. It takes a bit to get used to the Graph Editor, but time spent is worth it. This tutorial I did will get you started. The tutorial if for timing motion, but it will also work for timing scale.
