How to make the curves smooth using c4d Lite?

the cures on my shape are sharp, It's a polygon object. Is there any possible way (using C4d Lite) that I can smooth out those edges? I'm very, very new to cinema 4D so if it's a stupid question I apologise!

You can smooth the polygon using the hyper nurbs,,
