Hey all,

everytime i edit videos with my 1440p monitor i have very weird ,,effects" in my previews and exported videos. The ,,effects" are mostly randomly in represantion but every time on the same spot/frames. The represantion can be; green stripes, glitch effects, black stripes, mixes, ....

My second monitor is a 1080p so dont worry of the picture size.

with 1440p 144hz g-sync(left):

with 1080p 144hz g-sync(left):

Did i found a bug here or is this a only a click in the after effects settings?

(In Premiere pro there is no render problems with the same clip and the 1440p monitor settings)

Mostly it look like a GPU problem, first try to update your GPU driver to the latest version, also try to stop the GPU accelerator for your project, go to file/project settings/video rendering and effects = Mercury software only

I see that it is some kind of screen grab of a gameplay so maby that is a codec/gpu issue (many screen grabbers have not to good compressions) . If you did what OussKrecommended and it did not help I would:
- put my video files into media converter (you can use Media Encoder)
- convert your video files using decent intermediate codec (mov/animation, prores, cineform etc.)
- use those converted files in AE
