Remove pitch change when using shuttle

I'd like the shuttle to work like Premiere Pro's that doesn't change the pitch when I speed up the audio playback. This would help me edit so much faster.

I would like this to be a togglable option. Some people are used to it from working with analog tape and their ears are tuned to it. 'Tape-style shuttle/scrub behaviour on/off' ?

While we're at it, It'd be useful to have lower increments of shuttle speed available. Like in Premiere, where shift+J/L gives 10% increments.

Who would ever want to shuttle with the pitch bending? It serves no purpose. Please add the premiere version!

This is my current workaround:

I go into Properties, enable stretch (Realtime) and set it at about 60%. I listen through and make all my edits. Then I highlight all the affected clips, and drag the triangle located at the top right of the last clip til it’s back to 100%. (I believe these triangles get enabled by one of the icons above the first track’s mute and solo buttons.)

To get the speed perfectly restored, I then put it exactly to 100% within the properties menu. (Setting it to 100% in the menu before dragging messes up the layout of the clips).

This should be THE main feature to add in the next release. It is common place in nearly every audio editor out there except Audition. This seems like a basic feature that is missing.
