Was there a 2020 version of Bridge?
What is the latest version today?

Is it free?

#Lumigraphics can u please explain what you mean by free?

(Taking over for Lumigraphics here)

If you have an Adobe account, you can download Bridge. The Account (by itself) is free. It's been so long since I signed up for my account; I do not remember all that is asked for, but if part of an Adobe account is your CC#, if you only download Bridge, you will not be charged for it. Simply, no charge is also known as free.

However, with a free Bridge, all you can do is to view images. You will not be receiving Adobe Camera Raw or any of the scripts (Image Processor, Batch rename, etc.) as these are provided with Photoshop, and there are charges to access those applications.

I hope that helps

Yes there was a CC 2020 version. Current is CC 2023 (version 13.x).

Bridge can be used free with an Adobe account, but has some limitations, mainly with editing RAW image files.
