I usually resize thumbnails using the bottom +/- slider but now when I click on the slider or anywhere on the bottom toolbar it greys out and does nothing. I can still resize using Ctrl +/-.

Anyone have an idea whats going on?

Hi, @artonline that's strange as it certainly is still working. Your issue is hard to pin down but I can think of several things to try to bring it back in line.

Try resetting Bridge’s Preferences:

Quit Bridge (if running). Just before clicking on Bridge in the Dock or double-clicking the application for the Mac, press Command-Option-Shift. For PCs, press Control-Alt-Shift. Then open Bridge BUT KEEP your fingers on those keys until you see a window pop up. From the window, choose “Reset Preferences," "Entire Thumbnail Cache,” and/or "Reset Standard Workspaces.” In your case, choose "Reset Preferences."

Cache: go to Tools (menu) -> Cache -> Purge cache for folder (xxx).

Meanwhile, please let us know

What is your OS (and what release)?

Which release of Bridge are you using (seen here:

Does this happen in ALL folders or just in this one?

Does this happen in all Workspaces or just this one?

Good luck!
