I am trying to access Bridge but I am continually presented with an error message on one screen with a seperate blank screen with the Bridge header line shown. The header line is inactive and does not allow Bridge to be used and is more like frozen.
Any ideas on what this issue might be and how to clear it would be most appreciated.
I have begun using an earlier version of Bridge 13 and this works. I cannot still get the latest version of 13 to work.

This has been reported on here by a number of customers. I haven't seen an answer from Adobe, unfortunately I'm getting this as well and have not been able to find a way to get Bridge 13 working. I'm still on the older Bridge 12.

Thank you for that information. Im at least happier Im not alone and that something dreadful has not happened to my PC. I await further developments with Bridge 13. Cheers

Version 13.01.583 works the first time it runs theire is a message about graphics drivers being disabled but runs
