Adobe Bridge is changing JPEG to documents when in Batch Rename...How to fix?

When in batch rename Adobe Bridge is generating the file name but also changing the images to a document file...This just randomly started and I have not adjusted any settings. How to fix?

  • Bridge version
  • System configuration - Mac/win
  • Is the issue specific to JEPG file format?

Bridge is not changing the files. Try editing your Batch Rename settings so that the file extension isn't changed.
