Adobe Bridge won't let me create new preset

I'm a photography beginner learning to use adobe bridge, lightroom, and photoshop, but I have an issue with my adobe bridge. When I tried clicking anything to create a new preset for my photos, my laptop didn't do what I wanted. For Example: On the "Savings Options", I wanted to export to "Specific Folder" instead of "Original File Location" and it wouldn't let me right-click to show up. 

Is it because I'm using a Microsoft Pro 7?
