Adobe is making fun of me: 10 minutes wait and closed without any help

Since I've updated Bridge, full screen video don't fit the screen.

Before the update, it was fine. After, the size of the video is about 25% of the screen. Smaller than the no full screen preview in fact.

Generate Monitor-size previews is checked. Purging cache doesn't help.

And now, this is how Adobe has helped me: 10 minutes or more before being contacted by an agent, ten minutes waiting after being contacted, and... nothing:

All in all, I've already lost about one hour of my life for nothing.

Even better: I got an email from Adobe, in my French language, saying that I can answer to it to say if I still need help:

"Vous pouvez répondre à ce courriel pour nous faire savoir si vous avez toujours besoin d'aide..." :

Please update or install Bridge Beta via the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

 

Steps to install/update

 

InstallGo to the Creative Cloud desktop app and select Beta apps in the left sidebar of the Apps panel. Then select install for your beta app.

 

Update: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app, click on Update in the left sidebar of the Apps panel and Check for updates. Then click update for your beta app.

 

Let us know if this Beta release resolves the problem for those affected, and share your feedback.

As part of our continued efforts to fix issues reported with Bridge 13.0, this release resolves many of the top customer-reported issues.

 

This Public release also includes all bug fixes done in the 13.0.3.686 Beta release. For details, see Fixed issues

 

Note: As always, the update will be rolled out incrementally. If you do not see the update in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, please wait for a couple of days till we release the Public update to all users.

 

To update Bridge to 13.0.3, click "Update" in the Creative Cloud desktop app next to Bridge. More detailed instructions for updating
