Hello

It is now proved that BR2023 is not compatible with Azerty keyboards . It is impossible to label a picture from the keyboard with the keys 6/7 etc..

Can we expect an update solving this problem?

Hello,

We have released a newer version of Adobe Bridge Beta (13.0.2.630). This update includes the fix for this issue. Also, this Beta release includes several bug fixes done in the 13.0.1 public release. For details, see Fixed issues.

Please check the label menu for shortcuts.

Also, shortcut 6 has a backup shortcut Ù.

Steps to install/update

Install: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app and select Beta apps in the left sidebar of the Apps panel. Then select install for your beta app.

Update: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app, click on Update in the left sidebar of the Apps panel and Check for updates. Then click update for your beta app.

Let us know if this Beta release resolves the problem for those affected, and share your feedback.

Beta builds are available in the beta section of CCD app. The screenshot you shared, has focus currently on the area where non beta builds are available. Could you please check in the left menu where it is written Application Beta for Bridge Beta. In case you don't see the beta build there also, please follow the steps shared above to get the latest updates.

I did upload the beta Br application( 13.0.2.630). And it works! I can label thumbnail preview.

Unfortunately it doesn't work if I want to label a full screen preview (when using space bar key).

We're making headways....

This issue has been fixed in the latest version of Bridge 13.0.2.636. Could you please try it and confirm if that resolves the issue for you? There are more functional and stability issues fixed in this version. Please refer to the following link to know more.

Using now the last update 13.0.2.636.

It is Ok to label from keyboard (key "6" for example) . It is also ok to do it when viewing photo full screen (space bar)

The latest Beta build 14.0.0.57 has support for ‘Customizing keyboard shortcuts’ along with a few other features.

With this feature, you can view the pre-defined keyboard layouts and set presets based on your preference.
