Bridge 2019 Output module nothing happens when clicked

As per the title - since updating Bridge to 2019, when I click on the Output module (next to Workspace 1) nothing happens i.e it doesn't open the module so I can't create a contact sheet. I have in the past had to load an AOM separately but I cant see if this is still relevant to the 2019 edition?

    See from the attached there are TWO Output options - the one on the left does nothing - the one on the right works!
