Bridge 2019 UI

This is more feedback than a problem.

The space between items in the Folders and Favourites view is too tall, almost double the previous version of Bridge. So now we have to scroll to see the entire list of items, even with the font size at its smallest. Terrible UI design.

There is also no way of hiding the star ratings beneath thumbnails in content view now. In previous versions these could be hidden. This wastes screen space for those of us who don't use it.

The whole point of an app like Bridge is that the UI is minimal so that we can see our content.

    Hi leds2097726,

Thank you for your feedback regarding Folders and Favorites view. We will continue to incorporate the feedback to enhance the experience.

For hiding star ratings in Content panel,  please use “View > Show Thumbnail Only” option. This can also be toggled using keyboard shortcuts :

    1. Mac : Cmd + t

    2. Win : Ctrl + t

This is the same option which exists in Bridge CC 2018.

At this point, the new UI is a dead horse. Adobe is aware that nobody likes it. Changes? Eh, maybe.

I only use Photoshop, Illustrator and Bridge from my CC sub, they are all going to hell with their bugs, slowness and UI. It's really depressing. They would have had to really work hard to ruin Bridge, but somehow they managed it. It's almost like the people working on it and approving these bone-headed UI nightmares never used it. Any tips for an alternative, please?
