Bridge 2020 to Bridge 2021 XML/Keyword failure

I've 100's of thousands of NEF/RAW images store on varius internal and external drives. I've spent hours upon hours creating Meta data, kewords, etc., for these images over the years. I just purchased a new HP system, 6GB nVidia card, SSD, RAM the works. Get everything updated and installed. launch Bridge 2021 and BOOM, no Meta Data or Keywords. They are there when I look on the old system  in Bridge 2020 but not on the new system in Bridge 2021. What is even more confusing is that it's not every directory this is happening to, some ddirectories are fine others no XML data.

Anyone come across this before?
