Bridge tif thumbnails will not display

Suddenly most tiffs will not display. Jpegs display fine.

Things I have tried:

Tried keystroke preference reset, Command Option Shift, chose reset preferences and purge local cache.

Set "do not process files larger than" to 80000 MB

Updated everything, Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1

Multiple uninstall purgiung preferences, restarts and view>refresh,

Tried going back to several previous version of Bridge.

Is there a file in the preferences folder I can toss?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

The Bridge support team kindly helped me with this via a screenshare. The issue for me seemed to be a Camera Raw preference file. To fix it we did this:

1. Close bridge

2. (on Mac) Navigate to /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences

3. find the file called "Adobe Camera Raw 15.0 Prefs"

4. Delete file (or rename it something like "Adobe Camera Raw 15.0 Prefs_BACKUP")

5. Open bridge - it should then re-build that preference file.

Hello @LisaD31 , @Markus31571078xovq  , @josho75611867

This issue is fixed with the latest Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) 15.5.1 update.

We recommend you to update to ACR 15.5.1 and confirm if the issue is resolved at your end.

Update: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app, click on Update in the left sidebar of the Apps panel, and Check for updates. Then click Update for Camera Raw.

We appreciate your patience and support.

Regards,

Bridge team
