Cannot continue working while Moving Files in Bridge

There is a new issue with Bridge 2023. I cannot continue working while moving files in Bridge, as the Moving Files window prevents me from being able to do anything else in bridge while the move operation is in progress. If this is an hour long moving process...this is a big problem. Please fix this. Video attached.

This is *somewhat* addressed in Beta 13.0.4.741, in that the window is still "over" the bridge window, but I can actually do something while the move is going on. It's an improvement, but I'd prefer to have the move action go "behind" the main window while working.
