Custom Export gives error with Unsupported Format

I need to export several hundred photos and change them so that the longest length is particular pixel size. They are all different sizes. I tried using the Bridge custom export feature but no matter what file I select it gives me an "unsupported format" error. The majority of my files are jpg and jpeg format.

Could you please share the following information to better investigate the issue -

 

1. Is the issue reproducible on certain files/or all files.  
2. Are you facing same issue with other version of Bridge/MacOs. 
3. Screen recording / screen shot of the issue.

Please share the sample file/files on which you are observing the issue at sharewithbr@adobe.com.

    1. The issue is occurring on all files.

    2. This is currently the only version I have.

      What OS and what version of Bridge?

      What are the size of the files?

      They all range in size but all of them are at least 1,200px on the longest side. I am using Big Sur v11.1 and Bridge is 11.01.109. I think that is the latest versions of both.

      I need to resize them all to be a max of 900px on the longest side.
