External hard drive not readable in Bridge version 2023

Which version of the operating system are you using? What happens when you try to read the external hard drive? Do you see any error messages?

What is the exact version of the product? 

Please try re-installing the application.

Merci pour votre retour et votre aide. Je pense que mon problème viens de Bridge 2023 car je peux lire mes disques durs externes sur le finder sans problème. Bridge 2023 me plante au moins 1 à 2 fois par jour actuellement. J'ai un message d'erreur et Bridge se ferme (voir pièce jointe).

J'ai désinstallé l'application et réinstallé mais toujours le même problème...

Je suis sous MacOs Monterey 12.6.2, Adobe Brige 2023 13.02.636 et mon mac mini 2018.

Hi, @christopheh78180573. Are you trying to read Time Machine files in Bridge? Probably not worth it because Time Machine files and Time Machine can get rather strange.

If you are trying to recover images that you've tossed (it happens), you are probably better to recover a whole bunch of images from the same folder and then look for specific images AFTER you've returned them to your hard drive.

J'ai exactement le même problème depuis que j'ai mis à jour mon mac sous ventura (13.3.1) avec adobe Bridge CC 13.03. C'est très très irritant
