Hi guys!

I use a Windows 10 laptop and today received this error message (screenshot enclosed) when I opened Adobe Bridge. I updated the display driver, but got the message again. Can you advise please?

Regards,

Fergal.

I'll help you figure this out. Although the issue you're seeing is with Bridge, could you please share the system info of Photoshop from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload to Creative Cloud files (https://assets.adobe.com/files) and share the link with us?

The particular error code in the pop-up is due to Bridge having trouble with the GPU. Does your device have two GPUs? Intergrated & discrete GPU?

Try the steps I've shared here & add set a default GPU for Bridge.exe: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/set-up-gpu-for-high-performance-in-photoshop-quick-tips/td-p/13504734

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hello Sameer,

I am unable to upload word or pdf documents to there. Is there any other way I can send it to you? I don't know anything about the GPU's but I will be bringing my laptop into a repair shop and they would be able to advise on the GPU and try out what you advise here.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
