Hi @Michael24109425kcua ,
Thanks for your feedback.
Could you please explain what exact issue you are facing? Most Bridge features do not need internet to work.

Please also share the following details:

  • Bridge version
  • System configuration

Thanks,
Bridge Team

My problem is that my bridge will not work when I am not connected to the internet I get the message we can't verify your subscription status we can't reach the adobe servers. this may be because you're not connected to the internet check your internet and try again
It works ok when I can connect to the internet I have had conflicting messages from your agent he started by saying.
Thank you for the information and yes, you can surely use Bridge without internet. You don't need to have internet to use Bridge as it works as File explorer only. Then later on in the chat he said
I understand Michael, but it won't work without internet

So in the same chat I was told it would work without the internet and then it wont

Not many responses! I'm told Adobe Bridge is a free application from Adobe. However I am starting to think it is only free when bundled with a paid application like Photoshop. In any case you need to create a subscription account with Adobe for access to their applications via their website. I am not sure if you can subscribe and download anything without providing a line of credit via online services—not even their 'so called' free applications. All the creative suite applications will run off-line once installed and configured, but every now and then you need to be online when opening any of them. I am not sure of the frequency of this, but ultimately it does prevent Adobe creative suit applications from running on permanently offline systems. The only way around running offline systems is to install older Adobe CS6 applications from CD's if you can find them, or move away from Adobe. Putting all our faith in permanently online systems IMHO is a mistake.
