"Edit/Find" Does Not Work

Using latest release as of today. Edit/Find will not find files by Star Rating or File Name. The drop down for file types does not work. No drop down appears when trying to search for a file type. Trying the suggested fixes did not work. Reinstalling does not work. Running Windows 10. Bridge often crashes
