raw to jpeg

I am trying to convert raw to jpeg in Bridge and it keeps saying to "update photoshop". I am completely up to date

EXACTLY how are you trying to do this? What menu, what processes, what steps?

And for the record, what is your OS and what release?

Make sure you don't have multiple versions of Photoshop installed.

If you do, you want to remove the older versions.
