mac os 10.13.6 High SierraでAdobe製品のソフトを使用しています。

今回Bridge2020にてillustratorファイルを開こうとしたところ以下のようなエラーが出て開くことができません。

(the document "File name" could not be opend.AIRobin cannot open files in the "adobe illustrator document" frmat)

mac os 10.13.6 I am using Adobe product software on High Sierra.

When trying to open the illustrator file in Bridge2020 this time, the following error appears and it cannot be opened.

(The document "File name" could not be opend.AIRobin cannot open files in the "adobe illustrator document" frmat)

I opened it a few hours ago, but suddenly I got this kind of error.

Since I was able to open the file from the finder, I was wondering if something was wrong with Bridge. Are there any explanations?

I tried reinstalling the software, but it didn't work.

Hi Folks,

As I read the translations of your questions, I am not completely sure you are trying to open an Illustrator file "with" Bridge or "from" Bridge. I am going to assume that you are seeing an Illustrator file in the Content Panel of Bridge and trying to open that file.

First off, please be sure that you have updated Bridge and Illustrator to their latest releases.

Second, go into Bridge's Preferences and then select the File Type Associations as shown below. Make sure that you've got Adobe Illustrator selected to open the .ai suffix.

Let me know if that solves your problem.

Solved this problem. But didn't way that you were teached.

I tried simply way. illustrator and Bridge uninstalle and installe again.

Fixed by above way.

however, Gary's way maybe correct. There is BUG in illustrator or Bridge what File Type Assoiations is wrong.

If not solves this problem yet ,please try Gary's way .
