the document "File name" could not be opend.・・・・・

mac os 10.13.6 High SierraでAdobe製品のソフトを使用しています。

今回Bridge2020にてillustratorファイルを開こうとしたところ以下のようなエラーが出て開くことができません。

（the document "File name" could not be opend.AIRobin cannot open files in the "adobe illustrator document" frmat）

数時間前までは開けていたのですが突然このようなエラーが出ました。

ファインダーからファイルを開くことはできたのでBridge側が何かおかしいのかと思い質問しています。解説策などありますでしょうか。

ソフトを再インストールしたりしてみましたがダメでした。
