Where does Bridge Store preferences and all Collections information

Question

I need to re-install Windows which sadly means re-installing all other applications. This prompts me to ask where Bridge stores preferences, information on Collections and any other catalouge or file information. I'm hoping that there are one or two files I can copy and then paste over once I have re-installed Bridge after I have an up to date OS again. The thought of having to manually re-establish all collections, images groups etc. is tiresome to say the least.

Updated info for 2020:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2020\Collections

Note: Collections have a .filelist extension, while Smart Collections use a .collection filename extension. The AppData folder is likely a hidden folder by default.

It might be wise to backup the entire Bridge 2020 folder, that way you will also have a snapshot of other critical assets (keywords, batch rename settings etc).

Copy the .filelist file and install it in the appropriate location...

On Windows the path would be similar to:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CC 2018\Collections

While on the Mac it would be similar to:

/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC 2018/Collections
