Why won't Bridge open on my computer

any ideas why bridge will not open on my computer?  it's installed... ps opens just fine,  i tried opening it from ps too... and have uninstalled,, restarted computer and reinstalled...

More info please- what version of bridge, what operating system, are there any error messages?
