Windows 11 and ARM devices

Hi

Cannot load bridge on Robo and Cala 2 in 1 ARM architecture laptop.

it is running windows 11

no bridge, photoshop crashes frequently.

wont load Dye sublimation photo printer drivers either.

only loads Wi-Fi printing apps.

I am not computer fluent, 

do I need to prepare something unique, or is ARM not ready to be called windows 11 device ?
