Filmstrip not showing slides
Hi all,
I'm using Captivate version 11.8.1.219 (in a corporate environment so changing versions isn't really an option).
When I create a new project or open a project, there are no slides appearing in the film strip, and no info in the properties panel when I select objects. I can only see the first slide in the project. The other slides are actually there though because when I publish the project, I can navigate through them. This happens for both new and existing projects. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Does anyone have any advice on resolving this?
