HELP! libgit2 error -3(4/revspec'refs/heads/master' not found returned from git_revparse_single....

Greetings Character Animator Community!
I need some urgent help to make this Friday deadline. I recieved this error upon opening Character Animator.

When the program attempts to open, this next error comes up.

What has happened and what can I do? I haven't touched this software since last week, and the most recent thing I have done to my MAC was update the Ventura OS today with the most recent update this morning right before opening this project. This project is also being read off of an external G-RAID hard drive where it's lived for its entire life where no significant file or orginizational changes have been made.

Is this a resolveable issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Strange, that error usually means the an important file is entirely missing (either a ref file or the main project database itself). Can you zip up the Ch Data/repo.noindex folder from the project and send it to me for further diagnosis?

Hey Dan,

I just touched base with my supervisor, because these are secure files, it is preferred that we troubleshoot the issues ourselves. Is there anything I can do to open those files you mentioned and perhaps you can share with me a list of things I need to look for?

Let me reach out privately. I'll note that the Ch Data folder doesn't have any of the actual artwork (only names and other metadata), so if that (and my assurances I'll delete it immediately once done) helps, I'm still happy to look. The usual way is to zip up the folder and privately send me a download link for the zip file.

That said, I totally respect you erring on the side of caution with the files and there might be some of the diagnosis we can go through without actually having those project files. I'll reach out privately and see what we can figure out.
