Question

4 legged puppet not walking right

Hi,

I am trying to make my 4 legged puppet to walk from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen but when I give every leg it's own walk behaviour, the body doesn't move as fast as the legs.

And when I delete the individual walk behaviours only 2 legs move:

Also the left back leg sticks to the right front leg and I don't know why.

This is my rigging with a walk behaviour for every leg:

I hope that it is possible for my puppet to walk from left to right!

make legs independent, add shoulder tags to body

I used translation software to convert Japanese to English.

It's hard to tell from the thumbnails what's going on.
I'm sure you can adjust the layer structure and independent marks to walk around better.

Rigging a quadruped is very difficult.
However, with my own ingenuity, I made it possible.
I've uploaded a sample to Dropbox.

The right arrow key makes the dog walk.

The points are
1) Add the "walk" behavior to each leg.
2) Tag the knees and heels differently for the front and back legs.
3) Adjust parameters such as stride length.

I have uploaded an explanation video on YouTube
in Japanese past.

I hope you find it useful.
Thank You.
